In contrast to other retirement homes, residents of The Manor look from their windows to lake and mountain vistas, not major thoroughfares or endless asphalt parking lots. Nestled on the shores of Denver's largest lake, The Manor seems remote from the traffic and bustle of our expanding Metroplex, yet every conceivable product or service is available literally around the corner. In addition, all our residents enjoy viewing the bald eagles, blue heron, pelicans and numerous other birds that make their home on the property or in the bird sanctuary directly adjacent to the lake.

We've Grown!

We've completed our expansion, and now have space for 50 residents. Our resident family varies in age from 40 to 90. This diversity provides an eclectic and invigorating mixture of experiences and energy levels.

Assited living offers a more comfortable, more affordable alternative to nursing homes. We believe The Manor offers the finest complete assisted living environment in the Denver Metropolitan Area, including:

• A location less than 1/2 mile from WalMart, Costco and the Wadsworth commercial corridor with every conceivable convenience.
• A building largely constructed from insulated concrete for an extremely quiet and comfortable environment.
• A hydronic heating system which promotes quality of life for our residents during our dry Rocky Mountain winters.
